RESOURCES AND LEARNING ENVIRONMENT DESIGNED ESPECIALLY FOR 3 AND 4 YEAR-OLDS
Our classrooms function as a community where our students feel safe, help one another, and consider themselves part of a group. At EA our learning environments help children make choices, encourage them to use materials well, and teach them to take increasing responsibility for maintaining the classroom.
At EA each classroom is set up for exploration and learning. Our students have many opportunities to make choices, experiment, and interact with others. Each classroom is designed so that each child can be proactive in his or her learning, as the classroom is divided into interest areas.
Students can enhance their learning by exploring the areas of interest in the classroom. During choice time, your child will be able to choose the interest area in which he or she would like to work, with whom they want to work, and what materials to use, allowing them to explore, make things, experiment, and pursue their interests.

PK SENSORY PLAYGROUND
RESEARCH HAS SHOWN THAT SENSORY INTEGRATION IS IMPORTANT IN A CHILD'S DEVELOPMENT
Every single piece of equipment in our playground was purposefully design to input some of these skills, such as cord string, balance, high lateral movement, coordination, and of course the ability to fall and get back up.
So even though it may look like normal play, every single element in our playground was purposefully designed to foster your child's academic learning.
