YOUR CHILD WILL LEARN AT A PERSONALIZED PACE THROUGH ENGAGING ACTIVITIES THAT MAKE LEARNING EXCITING AND FUN.

Our Elementary program, which spans Pre-Kinder 3 through fifth grade, offers small class sizes for individualized instruction within an English immersion environment.

Our goal is to build a firm foundation for your child’s future success in academic learning and prepare for the more formal elements of schooling through English instruction, socialization, and motor skills.

THE CREATIVE CURRICULUM (PK3 - PK4)

PK3 and PK4 follow the Creative Curriculum, a comprehensive, research-based approach that emphasizes hands-on exploration, discovery, and intentional teaching. This curriculum supports the whole child’s development—cognitive, language, social-emotional, and physical—through meaningful experiences tailored to individual learning styles.

The Creative Curriculum promotes:

  • Development of self-regulation, curiosity, and problem-solving skills

  • Goal setting and fostering a strong sense of well-being

  • Language-rich environments that encourage communication and vocabulary growth

  • Social skills through cooperative play and respectful interactions

  • Physical development with activities that build coordination and motor skills

Our educators carefully observe each child to plan individualized learning experiences that encourage creativity and confidence in a nurturing and joyful environment.

LEARN ABOUT OUR PROGRAM

ELEMENTARY (Grades K to 5)

Our Elementary program builds on foundational skills with an emphasis on inquiry-based learning through the Workshop Model. This model fosters student engagement by combining focused mini-lessons, active practice, and reflective collaboration, encouraging independence and critical thinking.

We follow the AERO (American Education Reaches Out) standards, ensuring a rigorous and internationally benchmarked curriculum across all subjects. This framework helps students meet clear, high academic expectations aligned with global best practices.

Key program features include:

  • Strong focus on reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies

  • Integration of arts, STEAM, and physical education to develop well-rounded learners

  • Development of executive functioning skills such as organization, goal-setting, and time management

  • Personalized instruction in small classes to support diverse learning needs

  • Standards-Based Grading that provides clear feedback and promotes mastery and a growth mindset

This approach prepares students not only academically but also socially and emotionally for the challenges of Middle School and beyond.

STANDARDS-BASED GRADING - STUDENTS PK3 - 5TH GRADE

Standards-based grading is an intentional way for teachers to track their students' progress and achievements while focusing on helping students learn and reach their highest potential.

It is based on students showing signs of mastery of different objectives and understanding lessons and skills.

With standards-based grading instead of a student earning a B for mathematics, the subject is broken down to see which skills the student is not yet grasping, which ones he or she is on their way to learn and which ones they are mastering.

The grade is also based on the most recent evidence rather than an overall average on the performance of the specific subject. This gives our students the chance to improve their scores as they master a particular skill.
